What Is Soft Washing?
Soft washing is a cleaning method that uses low-pressure water (similar to a garden hose) combined with specialized, biodegradable cleaning solutions. Unlike pressure washing, which can damage shingles, crack tiles, and void warranties, soft washing is gentle on your roof.
The cleaning solution does the heavy lifting — not the water pressure. It penetrates deep into algae, mold, and mildew colonies, killing them at the root. That means your roof stays cleaner longer compared to just blasting stains off the surface.
Why Soft Wash Over Pressure Washing?
